English Version
There is always a super-minute in every day.
It is not loud, big, or dramatic.
It is small, quiet, and often unnoticed.
But these super-minutes are what make a day remarkable and achievable.
A super-minute is a short moment when we do something on purpose.
Not because we are forced, but because we choose to.
The best way to create these super-minutes is to plan them the night before.
When we plan before sleep, our mind wakes up ready.
The day already has a direction.
For example, we decide tonight:
“Tomorrow, I will reduce my screen time by 30 minutes.”
That 30 minutes becomes our super-minutes.
• 20 minutes to walk — slowly, calmly, without rushing.
This helps the body, clears the mind, and releases stress.
• 10 minutes to sit quietly and think.
Think about school or work.
Ask simple questions:
What did I do well?
What can I improve?
What is one small thing I can do better tomorrow?
This is not about being perfect.
It is about being slightly better than yesterday.
When we repeat these small super-minutes every day, something powerful happens.
Days become meaningful.
Progress becomes natural.
Discipline grows without pressure.
Big success does not come from big actions done once.
It comes from small actions done daily.
